Can I buy a matching accessory for my bag or belt?Yes, of course! To complete the set, you can select coordinating Kennedy Leatherworks accessories such as wallets, keychains, phone holsters, and belts. However, if you are unable to find a matching item on the site, contact us about having one made for you. Please note: Some limited edition leathers are just that— in limited quantities, and we can't make additional items. So, if you wait to add a piece to your collection, we may not be able to make it for you.

Do you offer gift certificates?Why— yes, we do! A Kennedy Leatherworks gift card is the perfect gift when you want to shop locally but are still determining what your loved one would like. You can also purchase a gift card so they can customize a leather item to their exact specifications.

Do you attend any markets if I want to see the products in person?Yes! Kennedy Leatherworks is currently scheduled to attend the Innisfail Farmers Market, which runs from 10 am to 1 pm every Thursday during the regular season, from May 16th to September 26th. For all markets and events, please see our calendar.

Where are you located?Kennedy Leatherworks is proudly Canadian and located just outside of Innisfail, Alberta.

How long does shipping take?We have a selection of ready-made items available for immediate processing and shipping. Depending on your selected shipping preferences, we package and send our orders every two business days. Custom orders have different processing and shipping as they are made-to-order.

How long does it take for a custom order?Made-to-order, or custom orders, are made from scratch according to your specifications. We will begin work once all the details are discussed and approved. Then, it can take between 2 - 6 weeks, depending on the item, leather stock, any customizations you request, and its size. We value quality over rushing, so please keep this in mind with all custom orders. If you need something sooner, inquire whether one of our ready-made items is available.

What is your return policy?Of course, we hope that you love your Kennedy Leatherworks purchase, but returns happen. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, less the cost of shipping. Items must be in the same condition as when sold (aside from any defects) and require an approved return number for a refund. Sorry, we do not refund shipping costs on standard returns. What happens if my item(s) gets damaged during shipping?Should you experience damage during shipping, please get in touch with us immediately and include photos of the packaging and product damage. We need them to process shipping claims and your refund. If you delay or lose the packaging, we cannot initiate a claim with the shipping company. Thank you for understanding.

What kind of leather do you use?Kennedy Leatherworks is committed to quality and uses only full-grain leather in all our products.

What type of leather does Kennedy Leatherworks use for its products?Full-grain leather is considered the highest quality and is left in the most natural state: It is not split at all and consists of the entire top layer of the leather. This type of leather is known for its durability and ability to maintain many of the natural characteristics and inconsistencies of the leather, making each product unique. By using full-grain leather, Kennedy Leatherworks ensures that its products are of the highest quality and will stand the test of time.

How do I care for my leather?Your leather requires some TLC from time to time. To maintain its beautiful lustre, we recommend Eastwood leather conditioner. Follow the directions on the packaging. To protect your leather over time, avoid long exposure to sunlight, salt, and excessive water, as these can be damaging.
